Exceptional quality and excellent people that stand behind their product long-term. After 20-years, custom kitchen & bathroom seem timeless; recently had minor wear & tear issue with 1 heavy use hinge and 1 heavy use pull handle, just called in and their people went out of their way to help us. Many thanks to both Rico and Lory, as well as the friendly office manager at reception
