Pickering Village Pharmacy

I took a prescription there to be filled, they informed me that it would take a few days; when I arrived on the date given it was not ready. They said I should come back even though I told them that I lived far away. They did not take the initiative to call me prior to advise that they were not able to meet the time they set.

Very nice staff. They helped switch me from shoppers to them and they give me better service and better customer service. Would recommend any day

A compounding pharmacy located in a old heritage building at Ajax, near the Kingston Road and Church Street crossing.You would get most of the prescribed and OTC medicines there, and alsonsome other general merchandise.They offer free home delivery also.

I got my compound medication from this location. Perfectly fine, on time reasonable price, pharmacist is very knowledgeable and very kind. Answering calls on time as well. Perfect service.

I want to preface this review by saying how I understand this is a very challenging time for both pharmacy providers and customers, due to the lack of medications from supply chain issues. That being said, I had a very negative experience trying to get a prescription filled at this pharmacy... the pharmacist lacked a lot of empathy and understanding as far as dealing with the mom of a sick child who had been waiting all day in the ER. This was the 3rd pharmacy I went to looking for an antibiotic and in the end, I left empty handed. At one point after trying to contact the doctor to get clarification on the prescription, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to go back to the hospital to try and get clarification... really?! After leaving, I went to another compounding pharmacy nearby where they had no issue filling the prescription with a kind and helpful attitude. Would not return back here or recommend it to anyone, especially any parents with kids who are in urgent need of medication.

The staff are great, the pharmacy is cute in the village theyre great with compounding and quick with filing prescriptions. The staff is great, and they value patients time.

Front desk was very supportive and patient with me , they helped thorough her cancer with medicine and they always checked up on us

I was having a specific medication but the pharmacists persevered with me and helped me find the medication I was looking for at a good price

I called in less than 30 minutes before closing to get medicines for my LO. They hadn’t received the prescription from my doctor but were considerate to called me once they received it. Not only they had it ready within minutes but they also stayed late till we arrived at the pharmacy. A big thank you from this mama!
