Very small play structure with a double swing set. One picnic table and one bench. Came here because it was close to the hospital.

Kinsmen Tot Lot
I walk by this park daily. Never seen a kid playing in it. I do see tweekers shooting up and rolling on the grass screaming and moaning frequently. With all the hidden needles in the grass, pretty good chance a kid would leave with super AIDS if they dared to play in this park. Grass looks nice and green. The dead spots in the grass near the gate is from human vomit a few weeks ago.
