Sharla Bentley in the service department was amazing. We took our vehicle in for maintenance in preparation for a scheduled trip to celebrate our anniversary. A part did not arrive on time which meant our vehicle would not have been road worthy for several days. Knowing how important this trip was to us, Sharla found the part elsewhere through her contacts. But Sharla went the extra mile (several miles actually) and on her way home after work, she drove out of her way and picked it up. She had our vehicle ready in time for our trip. Best anniversary gift! Thanks Sharla.

I got my jeep used from Toyota and it was sold to me unsafe to drive…. Which I had no idea until I took it to my mechanic. First Toyota tried to blame me for the obvious cut in the frame but once looked out realized the cut had been there for a long time. My mechanic was wanting to completely replace the part but Toyota only welded the cut….. fast forward a year I’m still having issues with the bad repair and Toyota sees no issue with it.. I’m leaving this review and will also be going to vsa

Best car experience ever. Caleb, Arsh and staff made me feel like family. Just go here, and forget about the other places, you won't regret it. Will definitely return for my next vehicle transaction. The building feels so nicely modern and the staff are impeccable. Cannot recommend this team enough they deserve more 5 stars. I have recommended this team to all my friends and coworkers .

I can't think how to rate VT comprehensibly, as I don't spend enough time in other such places, as to compare.Even so: place clean, apparently sorted. People polite, efficient. Car exactly what I thought it would be, except slightly better. Altogether, satisfactory.Enough?

I just bought a 2013 Toyota from Valley Toyota and I was super impressed!Curtis in sales was great to deal with and is a straightforward and excellent communicator. Stacy handled the financial portion and made that go smoothly.Top marks to the entire team at Valley Toyota for all the small but thoughtful extras. Well done!

So far, my worst buying experience ever, I feel that buying a brand-new vehicle should've been a great experience, but I did not get it from this place and don't recommend to anyone to visit this dealer.I really should have know better when this dealership and sales representative literally forgot who I was after placing a brand new vehicle order, I never got a status call from them, and I did contact my saleslady and she told me that she was not available and contact the dealer if I have any questions, I had to call the dealer 3.5 months from the day I placed my order, and yes! I was told that my first sales lady was on a leave of absence from work, I think if I did not follow up with them about the vehicle, I never would have gotten any update about my vehicle, but I have to say that the second salesman was great.When I went there to order a vehicle, the saleslady told me that I was not going to pay dealers fees, she sent me a sheet saying dealer fees not included but that I had to pay $695 on dealer products or services and based on this sheet I proceed with my order.At the time of pick up the new vehicle, I was ready to pay, and I wanted to talk about this dealer fee ($695) and a $199 Toyota tire and rim road hazard protection, my biggest issue here is that now I am not paying $695 for dealer products or services, now I am paying this money to dealer for nothing, I am not getting anything from them.I had a chat with the sales manager about it, and I feel the way I dealt with my concern about this extra payments was unprofessional and did not care about my business, at one point he told me that if I did not want the vehicle he was more than happy to give me my deposit back and all good.I did not have a good experience buying my brand new vehicle here, and if for some reason someone decide give their business to this dealer, please make sure you have all the documentation ready before you make any payments, I got my pre-order form almost 2 months after placing the order, that was bad on me because I did trust some one's word but I feel did not go well.

Had a great experience here buying my first truck. Johnny and Gavin were both amazing. Highly recommend going here if your looking at purchasing a vehicle. Thanks so much guys!

My brother bought a car here and he lives in Alberta. He bought it as the dealer let him add what he, wanted where, in Alberta, dealers added $3500 of local options like it or not. Sales agent was very personable, finance guy very personable too. My bro saved enough to justify flying from Calgary. I'd say look here and then look around and see if you get a better deal too.

10/10 Customer service. The front of house service department is impeccable. Savannah and Brandon were great to deal with and went above and beyond what is required to make sure you get what you need and in a timely manner. Keep it up!
