Best Western Plus Grand-Sault Hotel & Suites

We stayed one night in this hotel. Convenient location right off the highway. Traffic did not cause noise overload in our room. Friendly and helpful staff. Somewhat dated interior decoration in reception, corridors, and room.Our room had a wet spot on the carpet near the cooling unit. Staff were thankful that we reported this and promised to look into it.The breakfast left something to be desired: the two breakfast rooms were a bit spartan, too small to hold all guests, and the food was OK but more basic than I would expect from a Best Western. All in all an OK hotel when travelling through, but no wow factor.

Everything is nice and there's a hot tub, I would rate this higher if I could, also I forgot about the mini stick room. 5/5

We booked here at the last minute as a place to stay on our way back from Montreal and highly enjoyed our stay from the minute we arrived. Staff was very friendly. Check in was fast, and within minutes we were already enjoying the pool and hot tub. Very nice and clean room. Would definitely stay again.

The poll was pretty cold and the hot tub jets didn't function very well, but it's beautiful, Chantal and her staff were delightful

The experience was great, Nicole in the kitchen was fantastic with the kids at breakfast and you can tell she's always like that. A lot of hotels serve breakfast till 10am not 9am so that would be my only complaint which Nicole remedied so well. Give that woman a raise.

Rooms were good, clean and came with microwave and fridge which is nice. Most of the staff were great minus the woman at the breakfast buffet who was very rude. Pool was small but we still enjoyed it. All in all would stay again

Monica took our call early morning and said she would do her best to get a room ready since we were on the road for over 12 hours. Our experience started with her and she made us feel welcome. Chantal St-Amand blew it out of the park. She welcomed us like long lost friends, smiled and laughed. She gave wonderful information about the area and of course set us up in great rooms. We watched as Brittany was learning from her and could only think she is definitely set up for success.Being from the hospitality industry for over 21 years we can say without a doubt service and customer experience at this property beats the fancy 5 star brands.Ps Monica thank you for going out of your way to get us an extra early cup of coffee as our kuereg decided to act up.If you are looking for a place away from home look no further.Thank you for a great stay.

Location is perfect, just off the highway. Spent the night in a room very close to the front door, appreciated as we had a lot to bring and an infant with us. Staff delivered to the room a play-pen style crib upon request and offered bedding for it (we had brought our own). TV was meh. The pool was excellent, as were the in-room tubs. Breakfast was busy but standard fare, staff provided a booster seat (sanitized) for our infant. All in all an excellent stay.
