Rejuvilaser 51 - Laser Hair Removal Burnaby

It was okay but I booked a consultation at 1 pm and when I got there they told me it was 2:30 pm. However, 2:30 was never mentioned on the call as I have class that time. It was confirmed at 1 and she apparently wrote it in her phone but when I got there they told me 2:30. It was very disorganized and staff seemed rude and unwelcoming to me on the phone and in person. I don’t know how the actual laser is considering I did not get it or won’t be but from customer service alone and the disorganization with booking, I was disappointed.Modified: This is a very genuine reply, if that is what is wanted. I understand you are a small business but this was a confirmed appointment and the business seemed disorganized which happens. I was not your client because I never came back after the last-minute consultation" that was experienced. You did not remember me as a customer and I had a bad experience

I purchased a Groupon for a total of 6 laser appointments. The results were not as effective as the 4 other locations that I've been to (possibly because Jess focused on using temperatures that my body can handle instead of zapping it away at high heat like at the other locations). Regardless, as my sessions were coming to an end, and the hours and location work well for me, I thought about buying a new laser package from Jess. Jess was friendly and and was responsive via text. Scheduling was never an issue. This was true until my last appointment.I had my 6th laser session booked for January 15th. Jess texted me that morning to apologize for the short notice, but she's not feeling well, and asked to reschedule. I agreed and waited for her response. I waited almost 4 weeks for Jess to recover and also reach out to rebook the appointment she had asked to reschedule, but she didn't. Hence, I sent her a text message on February 10th wanting to book my 6th appointment. Unfortunately, she did not respond, which was unusual as she used to be quick to reply. I called her on February 11th and left a voice mail. Again, no response. I proceeded to texting her again on February 17th, and calling and leaving a voice mail on February 26th, but was essentially ghosted. What's interesting is that, her business hours were updated on google 3 weeks ago (as of March 1st). Consequently, it's clear that she ghosted me.I understand that this is a small business, and I want to support her, but this is no way to treat customers. I honestly feel like because I was a customer through Groupon, she has already been paid by them, and thus, she felt she didn't have to follow through with what was agreed. I've given Jess multiple times to contact me and she didn't. Consequently, I reached out to Groupon and reported this incident. If you're thinking about Rejuvilaser 51, I would not recommend you to take your business elsewhere.

Great customer service, Comfortable atmosphere, clean and proffessional! I went for underarm and bikini hair laser removal and it was my first time and I ended up buying more services. The technician Jess is very professional, she uses one of the newest technologies and she cares about getting results for your treatment. She makes sure that the heat intensity of the laser is comfortable and that the whole area is treated equally and she is open to answer any questions. I recommend Rejuvilaser 51 to all my family and friends.

Previously purchased a 10sessions laser hair removal. She will purposely use very low laser levels so it’s not effective. This way you will buy more sessions. I do not recommend this place
