Lots of high quality products and Canadian glass for those looking to shop locally!Great customer service, the lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. Really good prices too if you compare online. Definitely recommend!

Nice store. Well maintained, veryvclean inside. They have some nice products. But I feel most of them are not real designer glass. I could tell by the feel it's cheap glass. But they do have Real Designer glass. You just have to have a good look around. The only downside to their store is, they have lack of knowledge of their own products. If they hired someone with more knowledge I think they'd do better. but they're super friendly, and they try there best.Update.They also never open on time which isn't good for business..

Poor customer service, shop attendant had absolutely zero knowledge of cannabis its paraphernalia. I purchased a concentrates rig from this shop yesterday, due to COVID-19 measures we had to wait outside in the cold, and ask for what we wanted, and wait while she fetched them. I totally understand we're not operating in business as usual times and the pandemic restrictions are hard on businesses, but we could have spent less time freezing in the cold of she had known what she was selling. The transaction took over 20 minutes because she kept going back, and getting the wrong item. While waiting in cold we were accosted several times by panhandlers for change. We finally made our purchase, but left without the carb cap, which any experienced glass seller would suggest. Upon returning home we realized we needed the carb cap. I went back the next day,the same girl was in the store. She had no clue what a carb cap was. I described it to her and age went back into the store several times returning with the wrong item 3/4 times! I told her to check the Suze of the carb cap based on the rig we'd purchased the day before, she did not even recall what she sold. When I pointed to what we bought I watched her try several different pieces assembling the rig each time when she could have just used the same sized banger to test the fit. She came back with a carb cap she assured me matched the rig. Got home and carb cap that was the wrong size! Because this woman has no clue about how these products work she sold me a carb cap that is to large for the rig. I called the store to report the issue and see if I could get a refund, the man on the phone's excuse is the store is new... The store is so new they couldn't hire someone with product knowledge. Wasted my time, money and energy twice! I would never recommend this store especially when glass isn't cheap and people want to make the right choice and get solid information.

One of the best shops in Hamilton. Great prices and the customer service is above and beyond. Love it here.
