I would give 6 stars if I could! I have always wanted a dog but honestly didn't know where to start. Charlie was instrumental in guiding me through the process, ensuring that not only I was going to find the perfect furry companion but feel confident as a new pup owner. I hit the jackpot with my pup Rumi, a Havanese. Rumi is sweet, playful and easy-going - up for whatever adventure we're on!
