I was there earlier today (Sun 21), and one girl assisted me as I tried on a whole bunch of shoes to find the right one for my needs, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, so I can't fully credit her. She was super nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Studying in kinesiology, so she knew her stuff. She could instantly tell what I liked and didn't and would recommend the right shoe. Although I wasn't able to make a purchase that day, I did narrow it down to one possible shoe. :) Thank you!

Edit:During the marathon, both of my feet developed blisters. My left foot also developed Runner's Toe. It started happening during the half way point. The shoes allowed me to complete the marathon which is nice, but I suppose I probably could have chosen a size 10 rather than a 9.5 for next time to prevent that toe injury. I also noticed that the upper portion of my shoe were too tight when originally purchased, so I had to loosen them up.It's a great shoe. Definitely a premium feeling. Would have made some very slight accommodations to it.I talked to this employee named Sanjay, and he answered all of my questions. He's a great guy. Should get promoted! Made my day. Cheers------Daniel helped me out a lot. Very friendly person and knowledgeable. I don't know much about shoes, and he took his time with me.I'm training for the Vancouver BMO Marathon, and I got myself these Hoka Carbon X2s. I heard they're like the best seller for long distance running, specifically for this marathon.Would come here again. They have a 30 day return policy". You can't return them if they have been used. How can you try them out? Little nitpick but everything else is good. They don't have compression clothing for runners I believe."

My visit yesterday was not pleasant as it used to be, i have to say there is plenty of shoes to choose from, maybe to much at the racks, it’s really hard to find size , they are sorted messy and its hard to reach bottom one unless you have strong knees and you can bend down, yes it was Saturday and store was busy but there is not enough stuff to help you out with models sizes and infos about them ,its hard to recognize working people there , i found them not much different dressed than those at the beach , being more motivated sales persons would bring store stronger status .It’s very difficult to find sale items as stated on website.Left the store with two pairs HokaFinal thoughts: good location, nice choice of shoes but to crowded on shells so be patient while you’re looking for one or asking for help from stuff.

I took my octogenarian mom here to find her some slip-on clogs as she is getting tired of doing up laces anytime she needs to walk around inside her retirement community, such as going for a meal or social event. She has wide feet so I wanted to take her someplace with a good selection. She also uses a cane so I didn't want her to feel rushed. The service we received at The Right Shoe was absolutely top-notch. Both people who helped us (Emma and Steve) went out of their way to find a good solution for her. They measured her feet and found about four or five options, eventually settling on a pair that she is very pleased with. I was really impressed with their patience, and the selection at the store is incredible! Lots of high quality brands. I will definitely come back here myself when I want new shoes.I wish there was a tipping option on the payment machine because we received wonderful service. My mom was raving about them on the drive home and I know she is excited about her new shoes!

I was very happy to get some shoes today. Dorothy was very helpful. She was very patient in looking for shoes that fit properly. Even though my old shoes were horrible, she was kind to me. Thank you very much!

Shop is good and big, they have a lot of shoes. I was looking for a pair of Hoka all around Van city and nobody had them except for this shop. People working in there were kind and customer service/store manager has been super helpful and kind too!!
