In general the staff is nice but very unreliable; if you preorder online, they never call or communicate in any way once it arrives but blame you for not picking it up on time. The manager does not take his job seriously, makes up rules, gives false information and basically never helps whenever a customer has a question wether it be about current or upcoming products or just in general when help or information is needed.

I have purchased 2 Playstation 4 refurbished consoles three years ago and they have stood up to my 4 kids playing on them almost daily. Yes, copies of games here are a bit pricey, however the price of the console can't be beat!

The taller guy with glasses was awesome when it comes to Communication and short conversations about a game but some staff definitely needs to work on opening up to people. Some reasonably cheap games, over all a good experience.

The staff at Gamestop are fantastic. Store is always clean and organized and the team there is always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I've been to the Kamloops store multiple times now and have never been disappointed. If you're looking for collectibles or video games, the team here can help!

The manager Chad and his team are great. If you're looking for a game store that has reasonably fair priced games, staff that have loads of knowledge in their products, and just want overall good customer service... this is the place to shop. It starts off with them greeting you when you walk in. They will ask if you're looking for anything specific and then help you find it. We bought a platinum card there for $10 which gives you a discount on used games, tracks your purchases, and emails you a reward for your birthday month. This is the best game store and we won't go anywhere else. Check it out, you'll be glad you did!
