Meridith was beyond amazing. It was my 1st ever mammogram and I was quite nervous. She was beyond kind, caring, helpful and sweet. I didn't feel a thing and was completely relaxed as I knew I was in good hands. Thank you so much, Meridith!

Was seen in 5 minutes without an appointment. I went at 8:05am on a Wednesday.Excellent customer service at reception and the technician was very professional as well.

They won't talk to me in English and have lost my X-rays. I make a legit appt and they change the time on me, leaving a message in French, of course.

Had taken appointment with 3-Lacs clinic but when i showed i was told it was at the harwood location. Called when i left 3-Lacs and over 15 minutes stayed on hold. At Harwood there wax a line-up for over 10 minutes. Hot attitude from the representative at the wicket as clearly by then I was late. This young lady was full of attitude, not just towards me, but to all her other clients as well, as i had to well over a half hour for my turn to observe. Unacceptable customer service. She was literally yelling at her clients so everyone could hear. Got reprimanded by technician as well.Moral of story, ensure you are clear on where your appointment is and if possible, choose somewhere else.

In both cases I went physically to the location with my requisition. In the first case I was seen in 30 minutes and for the second, a bone scan they gave me an appointment for which they were exactly on time. The service was impeccable, the work was done quickly pleasantly and professionally. What more can you want. The only glitch was me !! I missed the sign that asked me to wait in line to be called. No one yelled at me and I'll know better next time.

I sent a request for some information through their website. I got a call back from someone who was of no help at all. They had a very cold and condescending tone. At first they didn't even ask me more details about my question they just said that booking an appoinment was not possible. That was not the reason of my request. I would definitely avoid this establishment as if this is any indication of how people are treated on place it is very disappointing.
