Yes, Staff could care less about customer service or about you. They do not check their movies on return, and keep bad copies. If you get a bad copy and immediately come back to ask for a working copy, They refuse...... telling you they will give you a credit after they check the movie, which could take days or hours. Really..... so how did I get a bad movie in the first place.I decided to just download of the internet rather than deal with these ignorant pricks. They are so worried about being ripped off they have poor policies to supposedly combat being ripped off, which in turn create craps customer service. A head shop is not far away, so i guess they stay in business selling smokes and munchies to druggies.

Its used to be a video rental pkace still is but great for snacks and bread and milk easy canned goods necessities and there main focus is tabacconist

The store is a bit dirty, and I feel like they should really just become a corner store at this point (they're not selling items they could), but overall I don't mind this place, the coffee is cheap, the staff are very good. I docked one star for the fact that I once bought a muffin that turned out to be moldy.

This video store is of great value to the community! Especially when you're in need of entertainment for less, even in this digital age there is something so nice about being able to walk into a video store and look around. The staff are very friendly and they always have a nice selection of snacks & drinks to go with your movie. They recently reorganized the store so it's roomier.

Good bunch of guys running the shop. Love the new latte/cappuccino maker. They have done well to add more choices of grocery items although the chocolate bar selection has gone downhill-everything else is great!

I used to work here and the owners are racist.
