I'm allergic to cheese but was denied a kids nacho meal because I couldn't have queso on it. I am allergic. I had to pay for a mini bowl instead. Absolutely asinine! Rude!!!!!!

We have always had great service and amazing food at the Fort Gratiot Qdoba.The portions are large, the associates friendly, and they get you through the line quickly.

Love getting the bowls. Sometimes, they are kinda skimpy on the ingredients. Others aren't. But it's usually pretty good. I know they get super busy.

Qdouba is literally my favorite restaurant, love the nachos. I ordered delivery on the app over an hour ago. Just got a text message that my order was canceled. Called the restaurant, the manager said my card was declined (Genyis keeps flagging everything as fraud). The manager had zero explanation as to why no one contacted me for an alternative payment method or why it took an hour to notify me. Said he wasn't trained that way.

Definitely need to be a lil more organized when putting together separate orders, I ordered 4 different bowls and they threw stuff on bowls that should have been on other ones. Other than that the food slapped, customer service was decent so I'll definitely be back.
