Customer service is severly lacking, thought it was not like this years ago.I went in a few weeks ago, followed the hand sanitizer protocols etc. No issues there.I haven't been to this location in a few years so I browsed the open fridges. Turned around to a solemn-faced middle age woman. I simply asked her if they still carried cabbage rolls. I was met with a loud SIGH, eyeroll how many do you want?".No problem with the store

I like M&M's but the store setup is so bad I just left shortly after entering. You can't pick up the items to check them out and see the price. Prices are displayed on screens and most of the items are behind the counter. They need to remove 90% of that counter asap.

Quick service but they don't treat instacart shoppers with any respect.As soon as I pulled my phone out I got yelled at. Where is your bag!"I quickly went to my car and got it. But the lack of customer service skills your establishment presented was embarrassing."

I'm a regular here. Some reviewers say the staff are a bit rude, but I find the staff are just quite until you ask a question or are ready to checkout. Other then a few items, they do have the best quality frozen food available. Try the desserts.

Really like this store. Have been using the coupons lately & they are awesome. Clean store. Really like the disposable plastic covers on the pin pad that the cashier peels off & applies a new one for each customer. Good food items.

Not a bad option if you need something fast, quality is better than other frozen food you find in superstore or other places like that, customer service is great.

I get the single serve sizes. Most of what I have tried is pretty good, except for the beef lasagna (too much sauce, runny) canelloni (pasta tough when done in microwave) and pizza. Better quality at Costco (Sabatassos pizza singles and Zanetti Lasagna singles)
