Lovely, quiet camping. No special amenities but that keeps it rustic and quiet. No pets allowed which is nice. No barking.

We had a great time at Woodland last week. Two nights on a beachfront site was a treat. I was surprised that this place had, what seemed like, premium spots open to transient campers. It also seemed like $65/night was a bit high for not having a sewer hookup but for our limited stay, it was not a problem. The staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

Woodland campsite is a nice, clean and also relaxing place to be. Also, it is kid friendly, a no pets allowed area and it has clean washrooms too.

This Campsite is nice and clean. Their tent area is right at the waterfront! The only disadvantage is - the ground is wet/damp. It did not bother me though because I love the view specially when I wake up in the morning. But I think the other tenting area is dry. They also have strange shower. I did not even know how to use it as I have never seen that kind of shower before, haha. I think you will have to insert coins if you want to use it? I was upset that night because I was eager to take a shower but I dont have coins with me so I went to bed without having a shower :( normally when we paid $55 for a campsite, it already include free" shower. I don't mind staying here again though because this place is quite nice. I just need to bring lots of coins so I can get a shower

Had some boat issues staying across the lake. Woodland had the closest boat launch to get me out of the water. Owners were really kind and helpful. Launch is for guests only, but they helped out in an emergency. Park looks really well maintained, Lots of lakefront sites, great beach. Will be checking them out next year and hope to stay there. Thanks again.

My wife and I have been trailering here for four years now and love it! This park epitomizes what a family campground should be. No pool, no tuck shop just nature and friendly people. The Allen's take great care and pride in the property and work tirelessly to preserve the ambience of the land for your enjoyment. Clean lake with inflatable stuff for the kids, quiet nights at the campfire. Do yourself a favor and check these folks out.

I cannot believe in this day and age that they do not allow pets. My dog is my family and my travelling partner.

Great location on calm bay off of lake Buckhorn. Site right on the water with your boat tied up right there. Everyone friendly. If your looking for an ideal place to fish or boat from this can’t be beat.
