The canada post outlet took 20 minutes to help the person in front of me with mailing 7 letters and 1 parcel all to the same place... the attendant did call 4 times for assistance but the replacement didn't come until the whole transaction was completed. Made for a very frustrating encounter since the customer was also arguing the price for every piece to be mailed...
