Was at riocan took my wife in choose meal paid for it and my wife decided she wanted mayonnaise asked for the lady taking order turned to the other lady and said she wants mayonnaise other lady said too bad she already paid thought I heard it wrong then when our order showed.up no mayonnaise wife went up and asked for they laughed then gave it to her then clearly were talking about her and laughing won't be back neither will my friends and family and there friends if it was so expensive for the mayonnaise all they had to do was say so and I would've paid customer service garbage ruined my wife's day.

Feels like every once in five visit, we get completely unseasoned chicken. Don't know if it has anything to do with the timeframe you buy em but when you do, it's like eating cardboards with a thin layer of flavored coating. Never got replies from support emails. I do not wish for any compensation, just better quality control with your brinings. Thank you.

Horrible customer service, for both my mom and I in 2 separate encounters. I'm not sure whether you only have racist cashiers/servers, but I will never return. They are horrible!!!

Boyfriend brought me here for the first time ever. Very clean. Food was DELICIOUS omg especially the spicy chicken. The guy working was so kind and polite. Brought our food right to us and said a nice goodbye as we left. Love it. Definitely will be back.

Ordered through skip the dishes. They missed part of my order while packaging, called the restaurant, I wasn't the most pleasant. They were more then helpful, and delivered the missed item I'm their own vehicle. I should add that skip routed me to one across town, not the closest one to my house. Appreciate the customer service.

Good location, well located near banks and shopping centres. Seating area is well lit, and service has been fairly quick and friendly when I've been here. Menu is the same as other locations, and food quality is on par with other locations I've been to. Worth a stop in if you're in the area and need a quick meal

Had a stopover in Kingston to get some food for our family and decided to visit this location. Meghan took our order very patiently offering suggestions (kids making it hard!!). The service was quick but not hurried and everything was just perfect even the custom sandwiches for the picky children. Was impressed enough to write this. Overall worth a stopover. Mary Browns has never disappointed and this location lived up to the name!
