The employee is so disrespectful, she have no Rights to talk to the client in a very disrespectful. I have ordered 3200$ plussss drapes in my house I have paid half I have cake to pay the rest of that they have to install in my house. I asked her I need to pay, she is like speak in French. I am came to shopping not in French school. I do speak French but she is not liking her job she don’t want to bother her self. The employee name is Saadia xox.

Terrible experience. Absolute mess on fabrics. Incompetent staff. One price on the receipt another price on cache. Promotions that are not exactly as described. I am totally disappointed. Spend $170 but I felt so screwed up on the cache. Do not recommend. Stay away.

Poor customer service.I have ordered curtains for my house. Since February 2023, no action, no response. Just took my money and we never have service yet.The member promised to install our curtains in mid April. It is June 8 now. We haven’t seen any curtains yet. They are not taking any responsibility. They just like to take your money without doing any service to us.If I don’t get any news yet, they will have to pay me back.Extremely slow and bad service.

The store is huge and cleaner than my local Fabricland back in Ontario. They have a wide selection and some great deals here and there.If you're looking for a very specific fabric or even wider selection though I'd recommend going to like Club Tissues instead. Fabricville has a bit of everything but I was looking for a softer Terry cloth and I could only find one or 2 kinds. Fabricville is still great though. Still lots to pick from.

So outdated. Employees have to fill out papers by hand. It takes forever. Head office, it's time to stop being cheap. Invest some change in technology. Come on.

Great place to stock up on fabrics, accessories, and a wealth of knowledge accesible to even the amateur like me.

Have bern going here for years for custom window treatments. Staff is helpful, some more than others. Watch for the sales, makes a big difference.

I love these variety of fabrics. Also the staff is absolutely so friendly and knowledgeable. It's great for some DIY projects. I finally got the loyalty card and it ended up saving me about half my purchase thanks to the suggestion of the staff attending to me. Got some Christmas themed fabric to make reusable Christmas wrapping for gifts to reduce waste yet still have that holiday feel!

Poor customer service.The sales rep was uninformed. Then we spoke to a rude more longterm employee who was unwilling to even hear the issue. And refused to even serve in the language of the customer, we were disheartened but still continued, everything was regulated and at the end of this drama the assistant manager came in to reiterate everything that was previous. They didn't cut or measure the material properly, the assistant Manager stood there and laughed at us in a very sarcastic manner which was very demeaning. We didn't go in for a small order, despite the rudeness and lack of skills we did buy because of our need & urgency for time. But rest assured we will never go back.h
