Please get written quotes from them first then decide if you want to proceed otherwise they will send you invoice after 2 -3 weeks with their own charges when you will ask them they don’t want to listen anything . So avoid using them . Their are so many other genuine companies you can use .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I called Sean company to to come and look at my roof unit for my hood vents. The unit had been working fine for years and that day would not stay on and was starting but shutting off. He came and looked at the unit and told me that the unit was built improperly and that the heat sensor was in the front of the unit and needed to be moved. This was causing the moisture on the sensor in the unit and shutting off. He was going to look at the cost to fix it. In the mean time he by passed the heat sensor so we could keep the restaurant open. We left it because it was going to cost a lot of money at the time. It started to get cold so we called them to come back and rewire it so we could get heat. He sent his employee Thomas who came and looked at the unit and said it was a lose wire and that was it. I asked him why Sean did not fix that and he just shrugged his shoulders and said I do not know" . I called Sean about it and he just gave me attitude and said it was not what he saw. Sean has a serious attitude and you need to get a second opinion on his work. Because of Sean's behaviour and attitude I highly recommend you do not use this service"

We have used Solutions Mechanical multiple times for repairs for our Tim Hortons. They are always professional, fast, and fix things right the first time. Definitely value for money well spent!

They updated our Heat Pump in the office and vented the hot air outside. Wow what a difference and great value
