Being with them since 2019, they asked me to look for some other company as they don’t want to continue with me as i have 3 minor convictions for speeding. Asked them to give me a call back regarding the same but zero response as they are not interested! It is someone from the same company who got me into the coverage by wrongfully informing last year that i will be going back to normal premium as my ticket is gonna fall off. It took them a year to let me know few days back that it was a mistake from their part and it could not be done as my tickets would only fall off next year!! Completely incorrect information provided and got me into it and for a claim that i had submitted way back got no idea regarding how it is going as the person who looks after my claims has not even called me to provide update and if i do call he won’t answer or respond to his voice messages! And not even once he being handling my case reached out to me!!I feel really disappointed and would not recommend to anybody else as they tend to care less about their clients eventhough you been with them for years!
