Location seems to be going through constant rearranging of products and floor plan layout. Makes it hard to shop because often the products are scattered while being rearranged or shelves and boxes are blocking the entrance or the till

Went here after a long week of work in search of an item that was only showing availability here. It was newly released and I knew the chances were low, but one of their employees (longer haired individual), who I unfortunately forgot to ask his name, went into the backroom and found one of their 2 in-stock within 2 minutes flat. Absolutely saved the day and even the whole week. With all the walkouts happening at GameStop lately, this is one of the employees I would be afraid to lose. When they demonstrate amazing customer service like this store constantly does, I would say they are more than deserving of a significant yearly, bi-annual, or even quarterly raise to incentivize staff loyalty.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Today I bought ps4 PlayStation.the staff member gave me good information.

The staff are wicked fast. It gets very busy in there, and they manage to get to everyone, fast!Love this store.

Was ok but things can be organized in a better way to ease reaching them and team can be more helpful. 3 people (I assume team) were chatting at the cashier while we needed help.

This game stop is good, has a good selection, overall really good, but this one guy who works there, idk his name is nonchalant about everything and doesnt really care to help anyone. When i went bro was sitting by the counter on his phone and didnt acknowledge me standing there, i thought he was on break or something. He just needs a better attitude but everything else was alright. He was a senior staff seemingly he was guiding the new guy here and there. It was just lowkey unpleasant and ruined the vibe of grabbing games yk.

Pretty good staff and it has staff who know about the games. If you want to buy a game, go here!

Kaisyn and Rachel were amazing in their customer service. They were transparent with the transaction, kept me engaged in the conversation and were really helpful. Highly recommend this place.
