It was more than one item , also in different sizes …

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to return something that I did not realize was wet with water until I was at the register. and the manager answered with “Would you but this if you saw it in the store” with the most degrading tone. is this how you talk to your customers? a simple no would of been fine.

I purchased shorts for my son and when I looked at the receipt I realized it should have been sold as a 2 pack. I called the store and they said I need to return to the store to get a refund. I live over an hour away. I was unable to get an online resolution because I did not order the product online. I would not recommend shopping in store.

Managers don’t train you and will get mad when you don’t know how to do something. Managers don’t communicate with each other and all have different ways of doing things then will call you out when not doing it their way. Insane and obvious favouritism from the managers. If they don’t favour you, they will interact and speak with you in the most degrading manner. An example of this: constantly asked to work in different areas of the store but a new employee all the managers loved that just joined that week got to work in all areas. Overall horrible work environment was extremely unhappy throughout. I almost cried at times due to the degrading tone. Not to mention lack of hygiene. I would not recommend taking a job from them because of this horrible treatment they have. This was also a commonly known amongst other workers as well. I would not recommend buying from them why would you support such an environment

Amazing customer service in such efficient manner. I needed to do a return - done in 5 minutes or less. Staff is amazing.

Had a fantastic customer service experience with Mohammad (Moe). He took the time to help me understand sizing, even though I maintained that I knew my size (I definitely didn't). He was genuinely helpful, in a kind, non-abrasive way. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Moe!

This store has no concept of their return policy. If you read the reviews below - people mention the degrading tone. The management does not know how to speak with etiquette. I called the head office to complain about the experience and they also said that the store management poorly handled the scenario. They were going to report the issue to the district manager. Would not shop this store again. They need to teach their associates on how to talk to people.
