Ginos Pizza

The restaurant may look iffy on the outside, however I really enjoyed it. There isn't much seating and what seating there is isn't the most comfortable, which is why I had to take a point away. However, I find myself returning here whenever I'm in the area. Otherwise, I love this place. They have a card that gets signed which means you can earn a free slice of pizza! The service was fast and my cashier was very nice. The place is charming and the food was pretty good. I would recommend.

It sucks that this is the Gino's that is around the corner from my house. Last night was one too many bad experiences here without me writing a mediocre review. Pizza was way too thin, bent like paper, ingredients slid right off, and the whole thing was undercooked. There are 2 other Ginos I order from and it feels like completely different restaurants. Those places are amazing. This one, unfortunately, I will avoid from now on. About 1 in 3 orders lately have been failures here.

Ordered 2 large pizza's at Bridgeport Waterloo location Sunday night. Both with extra cheese. You need to open the box and inspect what you ordered. Didn't order thin crust, but one was so thin with hardly any items and only a little cheese. Could roll up one slice and eat it in one bite. The other had few toppings, and no way was extra cheese. Pictured is a skinny, paltry, no topping, slice of a large 3 topping extra cheese overdone piece of shoe sole.

While it may not be the cheapest option available, the quality of their pizzas justifies the cost. The value for money is certainly there, especially considering the consistent taste and service they provide.Overall, I highly recommend Gino's Pizza based on my experiences. Whether it's the reliable and delicious taste, the prompt service, or the reasonable prices, they consistently deliver a satisfying pizza experience. I will definitely be returning for more tasty pies in the future.

Delicious pizza. The toppings are fresh and full of flavor and it's not too greasy. The dough is also really soft inside with a thin crunchy layer on the outside. This is my favorite place to order pizza from.

I had loved this place and ordered quite frequently for years! Unfortunately I'm not sure if new owners, or new rules but it's gone downhill.I ordered a pizza WELL DONE with pepperoni and bacon. Not only was the bacon weirdly squishy (?) It was also undercooked.The pizza wasn't cut correctly and so you had to pull it apart which made for it to be even more unappetizing.It was a waste of $40. I'll consider dominos over this place next time I want some mediocre pizza (at least it'll be edible & your stomach won't start turning after ONE slice).

An old stand by for me. It was good to drop in for a slice. It's a pretty basic shop inside. Just a small counter to eat at. Staff were friendlier than in the past.

Ordered 2 large pizzas from Bridgeport tonight. I ordered a BBQ chicken with a BBQ sauce base and another pizza with pepperoni and cheese with a tomato sauce base.My husband and I ate the BBQ chicken realizing that it had a tomato sauce base. Wasn’t the worst thing, but annoying. 20 mins later my son starts to eat the pepperoni and realizes they made it with the sweet BBQ sauce base. He ate 2 slices before he told me it tasted weird. So I grabbed a small slice and took a few bites.Confirming it had the BBQ sauce base.I called the store but was told “since we ate more than one slice, they couldn’t replace it”7 slices in the garbage! No refund, no replacement, and having to make my son something different for dinner. We sink a lot of money into Gino’s as my son LOVES their pepperoni pizza, but won’t be ordering from them again!
