Pet Heaven Crematorium And Funeral Chapel

Thank-you to Janet and the Pet Heaven team for their very caring service. We had to put our dog down last weekend. He was 16.5 years old and was greatly loved and is greatly missed. Pet Heaven was extremely caring from the first difficult call and in answering all our questions. We arranged to have Pet Heaven come to pick up our dog from the vet hospital. The vet hospital used a different service for cremation, however, we wanted to go with Pet Heaven as they are locally owned and operated. There were no issues with the vet hospital when I called directly to make arrangements with Pet Heaven. They picked up very quickly from the hospital. Pet Heaven provided a paw ink print for us take home which was very special. They also asked if we wanted a fur trimming which I also thought was special. We arranged for an additional clay pawprint impression. Everyone we connected with was personable, thoughtful, kind, caring, and professional. Thank-you for making a such a difficult time easier.

Thank you Jamie and Katie for taking care of our beloved fur baby, Totoro. The untimely death of our family member completely shocked and devastated my family and I. Although making the phone call was difficult, I'm glad I did, since you both were incredibly sensitive and caring during our time of need by making the experience as gentle as possible.During such an emotionally and physically draining time, the last thing we needed to worry about was the financial burden. Prior to coming to Pet Heaven, my sister and I had to seek urgent veterinary care at an emergency clinic, which added to our expenses. I'm sure many pet owners can relate to the financial strain that comes with veterinary care. We were grateful to find that Pet Heaven offered fair and reasonable prices, providing some relief during such a difficult time.Moreover, we were touched by the special care given to Totoro, including the peaceful resting place provided. When I entered the family room, I was heartened to see Totoro peacefully resting in the little bed you made for him in the wooden basket with the white blanket I had left with him. Despite the severe grief and tears that came with losing our baby, the final day we spent with him will always be cherished and remembered with dignity.I’m truly grateful.

On march 4, me and my sister were luckily to get a last minutes appointment after our beloved dog, Jet who had passed away at our home. Pet Heaven staff are very friendly and super patience when we arrived. They gave us our time and space with our loved one and provided us with the most joyous final moments and cremation service, before Jet was cremated immediately with his favourite bed and blanket.We received these items as keepsake; a paw printed, a little fur clipping with a flower and a card signed by all of the staff. Also, it was really amazing on how they can split the ashes into two urn as we asked if it was possible.I highly recommended to anyone who needs their services. Thank you to everyone at Pet Heaven for everything!

First I want to thank the staff for how caring and kind they all were.In December of 2021 one of my mice, Kiwi, passed away and I had her cremated through the private cremation service. She was put into a beautiful urn and I also received a complementary print of her tiny paw prints. When her sister Olive passed on April 4th/23, I did the same private cremation service and was able to put her in the same urn so she could be with her sister.I had a hard time finding a service that would cremate mice but I am so thankful for finding you guys! The care that goes into your service is amazing. Thank You!

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. I can’t thank you enough for the compassion and care for my Buddy. Allowing me to spend some time saying goodbyes in such a calming, respectful environment was so appreciated. I know he is in good hands ♥️

Cannot say enough good things about the staff and service here.Lost our cat George suddenly and the staff were here within a half hour to pick her up. They were compassionate and sympathetic, had all the right things to say. They didn’t push money or make us pay right away. Just felt like they really cared.I would recommend this service to anyone facing a similar situation as myself.A big thank you for helping through a tough time and making it a little easier.

My best friend of 10 years passed away in my arms. It was one of the worst days of my life. I couldn’t even stop crying or focus on anything but they were patient and kind. They made the whole process really easy, gave me all the time I needed along the way. They treated my precious little kitty with the love and care she deserved. They added little touches of love that I deeply appreciate. I highly recommend.

This whole experience, for how hard it is.. you all made it so special. We are thankful to know we have our little pup at home safe and sound. Such a kind and respectful environment. Our sweet Casey girl was returned to us in a beautiful bag with a loving card from all the staff. Her little paw and nose prints were done with care and I will forever be thankful for all of those involved in this process. Thank you all so much.

My Buffy was with me almost 19 years since an 8 week old kitten. Her time came last Sunday and she earned her wings. I took her to Pet Heaven to be cremated and was treated very well and the lady there (sorry I forgot your name) was so nice and showed a lot of compassion and understanding even through my sobbing mess. They have a nice quiet room you can spend some final moments with your little loved one in private. When the service is needed I highly recommend this place for the professionalism but also the human interaction and kindness. Stella the comfort kitty was also helpful during my time there.May you play freely now over the rainbow bridge my little girl. Love always.

My bird died suddenly. The wonderful, caring and compassionate people at Pet Heaven took care of me right away. I received a beautiful card with his wing print, a silk bag with his leg band and a silk bag with some of his beautiful feathers inside with a custom name tag. There was a huge urn selection available in all sizes. I choose one shaped like a bird which was absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. It came in a velvet silk lined box. The staff here went above and beyond. They were very comforting during the entire process. Thank you
