Jourjious Designs

Terrible customer service from this company. I contacted them back in February of 2017 and at first I was very impressed with the speed of their response and how quickly I got back 4 design concepts for a logo. Unfortunately when I replied to let the designer know which ones I liked, I never got a response back. I sent an email on Feb 17, no response, sent another on Feb 21, no response. Sent one the following day saying we would work with another designer due to their unprofessionalism and to this day I have not received a response from this company!

If I could give 10 stars I would! What an incredible experience with Jourjious Designs! Not only did he pay attention to detail, but he brought my vision to life and I am absolutely speechless. He was so professional, timely, and really took the time to understand what I wanted from my logo. I am so thankful to have worked with Jourjious as he did such an amazing job!!! I am speechless. You can tell how passionate this company is about what they do and how much they really want to provide quality and value. I also just want to mention that the prices were AMAZING and the quality was even more incredible!!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work. I would recommend this company to everyone! Hire them now, you will be so thankful you did!!
