You have to love it when a company is responsive, on time, does quality work, follows through on the next steps and is professional. We had our fireplace serviced, and our furnace, as well as adding a remote control to our fireplace. Micheal the service tech was great, friendly and he clearly knows his stuff. Will be having them back in the spring to clean our ducts.

I hope that anyone who reads this review experiences the same professional, honest service from a group of outstanding people at Aire One. Although I was faced with a heat emergency during the winter months, they did not take advantage of my situation and were all wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended!

We were so pleased with Aire One beginning to end! Henry came out and quoted on the job of replacing our furnace. He was professional, friendly, and very direct. He didn't overdo the sales pitch like some of the other companies. He provided just the right level of detail and was very genuine. The install team was wonderful too! They were polite, respectful, and did an excellent job installing the new unit and providing me with information about it. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service we received from Aire One. Same day service to look at our fireplace. He quickly identified the problem and was able to swap out the part to get it working properly. Great service!

Phone service was prompt, friendly & the price quoted on paper was fair for an AC installation. The tech was eager to get us to sign & send a deposit on the spot. The quoted price was fair but as soon as we verbally agreed, before I even had time to hit send on the deposit, the tech doing the quote “remembered” a couple of other things they needed to look at on our thermostat & furnace (both recently replaced). The tech said these would require additional parts that “should only cost a couple hundred extra dollars if they had them” & that the guys doing the install would “figure it out when they do it.” Seemed fishy. Off putting experience overall.

Good Day to Aire One Simcoe, Henry and Michael, you gentlemen were a life saver to our family; on Christmas eve our furnace motor broken down and you were able to find a used motor and install it and then come back weeks latter to install a new one. Before calling Aire One, we had many large companies tell us that they could not come out for at least 2 - 3 days and this was their emergency response time. We had one company who tried to tell us to replace the whole furnace. We truly appreciated what you did and you can be assured that you will be on our speed dial for any future issues. Melo

Their sales and installation are second to none. If you want it done right call them. If I could give this company 6 stars I would. The best HVAC in barrie hands down.

Henry and the team at Aire One are beyond amazing. We needed a furnace replacement in the dead of winter and not only was the job done quickly but the value and customer service level are beyond reproach! I highly recommend Aire One for any type of HVAC work!

The people at Aire One are truly amazing. Henry the owner is great and we had Michael come out to help us with repairing a gas leak.I will use Aire One again and they will be my go to referral is someone needs help.
