Shoppers Drug Mart

I’m a beauty advisor at another shoppers and I went into this shoppers to buy some dior products. When I went here the beauty specialist by the name of “Sepi” was extremely rude and impatient. She did not even give me a bag and was speaking very rude as she was cashing me out. I don’t appreciate that type of customer service especially because I am also a beauty advisor and I thought she was very impatient and rude. I won’t not recommend any one to go here.

Visited beauty centre to return eyeshadow they didn't carry, and wouldn't accept it as they don't carry in that particular location. Called another location and they confirmed they most certainly should have accepted it! Seemed like she couldn't be bothered to process it quite frankly or training should be enhanced.

Dear Manager,I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the way I was treated by one of your employees at the Shopper Drug Mart located at 4000 Hwy 7, Woodbridge, ON L4L 1A6 on 25 May 2023 around 5:15 PM.The employee, who I believe is of Indian descent, spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected by his behavior. What's more, this is not the first time I have experienced this kind of behavior from him.I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, but that is no excuse for treating customers poorly. Can you believe this shoppers pharmacy? Never spend your time coming here! waste of time and not organized worker. Totally disappointed…2 days ago Saturday 1pm . I was trying to call them to check my the prescription medication to see If it’s ready to pick up. I was on the line for 36 minutes no body bothered to answer they just hung it up without saying nothing. I was very mad I have 2 babies not feeling well and I had a bad eye infection andcan’t wait to get the medicine to apply, we came to pick up the medicine with my 3 kids and husband and that’s I found out that it was not ready and have to come back again in 45min. If they should answer the phone it could be avoided the waits. this pharmacy so bad? I been here already so many times but this over a month that been here twice are worst. It’s sad because people want to get their life back after waiting so long from seeing the Dr. To get a prescription etc. then we still have to wait and spend more time ,to get the medication why? because of pharmacies being laid back and not doing well with their job so unpleasant experience especially with kids andbabies waiting.

I bought these Life brand waxing strips for $10 (on sale). I needed them for Next day!! I open the box that was taped might I add, and there were NO straps. It only had instructions paper and 2 wipes. It happened 3 days ago on Monday at this location. I understand that someone must've taken the strips and packed this box as new, but I had been trying to call and contact the store since Monday to absolutely no answer! even their customer service keeps on ringing. The store is a 24hr open store, yet no one answers the phone. I want to know if I can either get it exchanged or refunded. I have the receipt and the box!!!!

Hilarious people there only 1 row was open if you want something to eatOtherwise they were doing moping and chilling thereWhat if someone needs anything in urgent .Whats the mean to open the store if you guys are cleaning must mention on your website online i drove 20 minutes during midnight and they did’nt let me pick up stuff and they were open for name sake . This is really unbearable.

Very busy place. Right beside there is a walk in clinic. We were there for super point fragrants beauty. Clean and neat place. Our usually place to shop even though we live a little far away.

Worst customer service by a older lady working the front cash who wears alot of make and shift supervisor, went there today around 430-5ish to buy coke and there were no signs stating there is a limit so we walked to cash out, and just like that the cashier said you cannot buy that"

I called this location and asked if I can get a gift card for a cologne set that was given to me for x mas, the gift set was purchased at this location, they said yes you can as long as you have a gift receipt and the product has not been opened, I went there and was told that no they will not give me a gift card and that I can only exchange it for something in the beauty department, as well they were very rude and have no customer service skills. I said if it was a shoppers drug mart policy and she said no it’s the owners policy, this is a franchise and they must follow the corporate policy they can not make there own policy. I thought this did not make any sense and went to another shoppers to ask for a gift card for the cologne and they said no problem sir, I had a gift card within 5 minutes and they were very polite about it and had no issues. This is not the first time there has been issues at this location. They need to train there staff and have them take a customer service course. Wish I could give them 0 stars!!!
