Dr. Lansdell’s is very thoughtful and thorough. In my first appointment he took the time to walk me through photos of my teeth and explained everything, and allowed me to ask any questions I had. I felt included in the process and did not feel like just a number (or set of teeth). I was impressed and I felt cared for and welcome. Every member of his team was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel the same. This was consistent in all my subsequent appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Lansdell and his team to anyone looking for a dentist.

Worst dentist experience ever. Went their with specifi problem but insisted for cleaning and at the end with no treatment $196 for 15 min of doctor time and 2 xrays. Feels like all reviews are done by paid people. I won't recommend this place at all.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr Lansdell and his staff are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They eagerly answer any questions and make sure that you fully understand, but they also have a personal touch and I had some great conversations, sometimes it feels like I'm just visiting friends. During procedures, Dr Lansdell will make sure that you have absolutely no pain and will continually check to make sure you are ok. I feel he genuinely cares for the comfort of his patients.Highly recommended.

I do not have enough good things to say about Gordon Street dental! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist or are not happy with their current dentist. They go above and beyond. All the staff are extremely friendly and willing to help with any concerns. You can easily tell that they have a high priority for patient care. They have the option getting patient reminders via text message and will message you if an earlier appointment comes up in their schedule. Dr.Lansdell is also incredible, very patient and takes the time to make sure you have the most comfortable dental experience. He is also good at explaining what he is doing and what to expect, which is comforting to anyone with apprehension about dental work (like myself). Clean and cozy office as well. I will be a long-term patient!

After working with Dr. Lansdell and staff, I can say this is an office that really cares about people. They really take their time with every patient, and go to great lengths to make them happy. The office is also clean and the waiting area cozy and calming. Good experience all around.

Consistently thorough, thoughtful, and professional service with a dash of humour to keep things fun. Cleanings are top notch and every time I go there seems to be a new tip that inspires. Dr Lansdell always gives lots of info when there’s an issue and the work is solid. Great team across the board. Maybe worth noting I have been with Gordon St Dental for well over two decades and am an actual patient ;) happy to recommend.

I recently had a root canal performed and it could not have been a better experience. Dr. Lansdell was thorough in his explanation of the work to be done and I had absolute confidence going in that after the procedure I would be pain free. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t recommend Dr. Lansdell and Gordon street dental enough, I’m very happy I made the switch over to Gordon street dental and will be recommending my friends and family as well.

Dr. Lansdell always goes the extra mile. His care, knowledge, honesty and professionalism are qualities you don’t find easily these days. He is down to earth and won’t sell you on work you don’t need. The staff are superb and he has taken all measures to create a safe environment for patients and staff. My family and I have been coming to Dr. Lansdell for many years. He does a great job, always taking time to answer questions and explain things to me. Cathy and the rest of the staff are always friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this dental office.
