Springtime Garden Centre

I bought two plum trees on the same day four years ago now, I was told they were compatable for pollination, they are not. I sent an email months ago to see about purchasing a tree that would work for the two that I bought with them and got no reply. I assumed they would do this for me. I went in to speak with them and was told they would not do this for me and in their words I was told Tuff Luck" and the person turned his back to me and walked away. So now I have two healthy plum trees that I cannot find a plum tree to cross pollinate with. Im not impressed and these trees I cannot find the right match for anywhere in Canada. Springtime also told me "we do not guarantee any of our trees". Im now having to go through the local garden site to try to find a solution as I have not been able to find a match anywhere in the lower mainland. A truly excellent garden center that captures the magic of such places. The store is well maintained and the plants are beautiful. Add a knowledgeable and friendly staff and you've got a perfect shopping experience! The peacocks are just a bonus.

A large variety of plants and trees and pots on beautiful grounds (lovely chickens too) with excellent service. Everything I've purchased there has grown well too, and I'm not the world's greatest gardener.

Great experiences here. Staff is always very helpful and selection and quality is great. They even remembered me and what I was looking for the next time I came in!10/10 would recommend

Beautiful place. Love visiting the pea cocks. A bit pricey but it's worth the beautiful things you buy like ceramic ornaments. Love going for xmas ornaments and other things. It's as it says Garden center. Ornaments and plants

Susan helped us. She is very knowledgeable. We are new here and with a property full of gardens we need alot of help. We will go back, the whole team seems to know their horticulture. Great variety as well. Something for everyone including local artisans boutique.

Very poor service. Very poor communication. Full of sunny little insincere phrases but rude and unprofessional. It was months before I knew that the order I had put in was not even ordered at all....if I had been informed I could have shopped elsewhere. When I asked to talk to the manager she was unavailable...

First time going to Springtime today. The stock was excellent and the pricing reasonable. Bought 3 lavendar shrubs and got a fourth on the house.
