Not a great experience. The phone system would not connect me with order desk staff, just one automated menu after another. My item was shipped from Calgary to Saskatoon, but I did not get a call to let me know I only found out it arrived when I stopped by the store and inquired. Price for my item was reasonable, although the freight charge to bring in was high.I see many positive reviews for Amre from businesses, retail sales may be a small focus.

Extremely poor customer service, dishonest about ability to supply parts and the time it would take to supply them. Does no respond to calls, instead has out of province order reps that have to be called to get any information, and even then they are not forthcoming with information or refunds.
