I've been with Quil Ceda clinic sence 1979. I won't go any where else. They just had to put down my cat, Cougar. He was almost 15 yrs old. Very kind and loving.

My cat loves to hate this place. They're great with all out pets and very flexible. We even have a naturopath for our dog doctor #pnw # weloveourdogs

Everyone here- front office staff, techs and vets, are so personable and patient with the pet parents, and loving and gentle with our animals. We get the feeling they are genuinely happy to see us.Pets always get the best care. As far as treatment or tests, they are totally on board with doing the least expensive or simplest test or treatment first (if it makes sense), then moving on to a more complicated approach if it's needed. The facility is beautiful and clean, inside and out. In the Covid climate, the humans stay in their cars, and masked staff come to the car to pick up the pet and take them inside for their appointment.Update Sept. 1, 2022: as of this summer, pet parents can now go in the exam room, at least this is what we experienced when we took our new rescue dog for her first check-up.

I have always loved Quil Ceda Vet as they have always treated my dog & I wonderfully. But the new staff.... are horrible. The customer service has COMPLETELY downhill. They now charge for a quick look at an issue that your pet has from something they did (never did this to me before). There is 1 Vet Tech there that we absolutely love and is the only reason I haven't left. The remaining Veterinary is good, but charging me to look at something caused by an earlier visit to her, left me wondering if I need to find a new Vet Clinic. I would hate to leave them because they have been wonderful for years to all my dogs and cats.

The absolute best level of care I have ever received for my K-9 companions both young and old. Dr. Lamb is top notch and I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with my dogs in her care over the last 2 years. Thank you, we are so grateful!

since new staff.... the customer service has went COMPLETELY down hill. Records of surgery were lost and contact information disregarded. I can honestly say i will never recommend them to anyone again.

My family had to put down one of our dogs last week. It was completely unexpected. She has always been healthy, and didn't have any issues that we knew about (turns out there were things going on inside that we just hadn't been aware of). They broke the news as gently and gradually as they could, and explained why we were losing her today as opposed to some time in the future.Of course we were all bawling. They had boxes of tissue in there for us. They let us gather around her and stroke her as she went, and offered us a chance to hold her (she was a small dog). They had her covered with a little blanket for comfort. The vet tech rested her hand gently on my back as we said goodbye to her, and she and the vet commented on what a sweet, good girl she had been, and how beautiful her eyes were (everybody had loved her eyes). When they took her away, I actually felt safe leaving her in someone else hands, which is a big deal, but they treated her so gently the entire time. They brought her back to us all curled up in a sweet little blanket inside her burial box, and showed us the proper way to hold the box. They then escorted us to the door, which felt much less awkward then if we had been made to just walk sobbing through the lobby ourselves. Everything they did was as compassionate and professional as possible, and I felt they went above and beyond to ease the burden of her death for us in any way they could. It's never easy to lose a pet, and Dr. Lamb and the other staff made the process just a bit easier for us. What more could you possibly ask for in those circumstances? I would not have wanted to be anywhere else with her.
