I recently had the pleasure Dealing with Export Depot company for my shipping needs to Morocco, USA, and UAE, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their excellent service. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.The company's customer service was top-notch, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Their online tracking system was also incredibly helpful, allowing me to monitor my packages' progress every step of the way.The shipping itself was incredibly fast and efficient. My packages arrived in Morocco, USA, and UAE much quicker than I had anticipated, and they were all in excellent condition upon arrival. Jonathan Zekry, the man I dealt with at this company, was efficient and polite. The company packers arrived on time as scheduled and did an excellent job in packing some very fragile items such as glass lamps and a chandelier. Unfortunately the shipment was held up several weeks for a customs inspection in Barcelona, not Export Depot's fault. But I highly recommend this company for shipping personal items abroad.

If there were a zero-star option, then I would have gone for it. I have been scammed by this company when I shipped a scooter for the disabled to Istanbul. They charged me 550 USD at their office. I agreed to that and paid.When the scooter reached the destination, I had to pay around another 510 USD so that my family can pick up the scooter! I couldn't opt for the option of not paying the 510 USD, because it's a scooter for my disabled family member.I was charged with 1060 USD in total!I reached out to the company and was confident that they will explain these unexpected fees and maybe waive a major part. Instead, they were rude in their response and said that they knew that I would be charged around 400 USD, and they had it buried in fine print somewhere in the dozens of papers they sent me!I don't understand why someone would hide such an essential piece of information. The only explanation is that they wanted to lure me into accepting to deal with them and just take my money. Absolutely shameful and really unethical behavior!I wrote my story hoping I could save someone the scam.Update to potential clients: I assert that there is no email whatsoever that I sent to confirm that I was told about this big chunk of money, or else I wouldn’t have been discontent with the unethical behaviour. In fact, the company claiming this further proves my point.Please read the reviews of other people who talk about the same trap that they fell in. The trap of unexplained and hidden fees.To the company: I don’t have an interest of people not dealing with you. I only want them to ask you to be transparent and clearly say and explain everything they need to pay in advance, so they can make their own informed decision without being lured into a trap.
