Great experience, very knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased an used industrial-grade canister vacuum for our veterinary hospital and needed parts. Karen and her team did a great job sourcing the parts, fixing our machine and now it runs like new. Highly recommend.

What an absolute dream , they treated us so well and with great no make that absolutely fantastic customer service. We made a mistake and they helped within an hour on a weekend no less. Nevermind with those other carpet cleaners, they have machines that made my carpets look brand new. Highly recommend on machine and or customer service alone, Thank you Niko's

I have been dealing with Niko`s for many years and I have to say the service level has always been excellent. They always have a great assortment of chemicals and equipment and if they do not have it at the time you come in and they gonna work on getting it in while you are still at the shop. :-) They always provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience and enviroment when I go. I will always recommend them for your janitorial needs.
