I loved this program from the start. You don't feel deprived. You don't have to cut out carbs like you would on a ketogenic program. You eat real food and have constant support along the way. If your weight loss slows down or you start to plateau you are given tips and tricks to get back on track. Terri and her team were so amazing, I decided to join the team and I am now employed there. I reached two of my goals: I lost 60lbs and got pregnant. If it wasn't for EWYN, I wouldn't be where I am today. I am forever thankful for them.

I had a long battle with my weight for 15 years. I could never maintain long-term. When I joined Ewyn I was given a program that was suited based on my needs and long-term goals. Well I lost 40 pounds and even though I have had highs and lows the last 2 years I have been able to maintain it long-term. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. Turns out my body was lacking important macronutrients. Ewyn provided me with a balanced LONG-TERM lifestyle change that I will forever be thankful for. It leveled out my hormones and my gut bacteria after years of fighting with them. THANK YOU THANK YOU. Also the staff is amazing. supportive and understanding.
