Perseverance Physiotherapy and Wellness Center

I'm visiting from Alberta and had an issue with my knee. Got in to see Caitlin the day after I called the office and she sorted out my knee in an hour. She was very thorough in diagnosing the issue, sent me home with some tips and was very kind and helpful for the whole appointment. Would definitely recommend seeing her for sports injuries. I wish we had athletic therapists this good back home.

Hey Cumberland Courtney and Comox!!! You have a Vancouver Gem. Dan Schmit has been a legend in Vancouver for years and we were so sad to see him go but your beautiful town won him over. And … What a spectacular group of professionals at Perseverance !! I was in Qualicum on Vacation and hurt myself playing tennis… hmmmm… Dan Schmit ? (Thumbs of steal) is only 40 minutes away!!! I’m so impressed by this facility and the people in it create a fabulous team/family of practitioners.I am sharing this to let you know if you have pain or muscle problems you have a trusted RMT in Dan. There’s no fluffy massage here, he’s going to get to the bottom of the problem. He’s a Genius!! Selfishly I will miss Dan but I am happy for Cumberland and Dan (He’s so happy here!)

Today was my initial contact with Perseverance and it was an all round profound experience. Lisa on time and extremely professional and I was instantly at ease. She listened to my concerns and was obviously prepared from my on line intake form. We experimented with several possible solutions and at all times I felt heard and was asked for feedback. I've been given 'homework' and look forward to an improving situation.

Every single practitioner & staff member at Perseverance is so great! I have been to several of them and always had a fantastic experience. Recently, I’ve been seeing Jamie for strange arm pain ~ and within 20 minutes he diagnosed it as coming from my rotator cuff. He gave me exercises that helped tremendously within a week. So thankful for his help with some of my issues with pain!

I received several RMT treatments by Dainis Viskers mainly for chronic neck, shoulders, hip from musculoskeletal injuries. I also an acute flare-up that he treated. Dainis was very professional and efficient. He created a respectful, calming and peaceful environment as well as a client-centered approach to treatments. He always pinpointed accurately the area of injury/pain and the approach he used for treatment ultimately brought pain relief and/or an increased range of motion. He also proactively communicated with my Physiotherapist to coordinate their treatment plans.I will certainly return to see Dainis Viskers for future RMT services and strongly recommend him for treatment of MSK issues.

I had a great experience with Thomas Okamura one of the physiotherapist at perseverance he guided me through my surgery where I was given little to no advice on post surgery recovery. He was very understandable with my conditions and motivated me, 10/10 would recommend!

Jamie welcomed us with integrity. My sons injury was almost nonexistent by the time he left, and Jamie was an excellent problem solver along with listening very intently to a nine-year-old boy. What a great experience! Thank Perseverance; we’re in!

I was very impressed with Jamie. He was thorough, thoughtful, asked good questions, and listened to my concerns. I left with a good plan to address my knee pain.

Both Rosemarie and Anya are excellent physios. Knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They’ve helped me out with multiple injuries over the years and I’m grateful to have their expertise while healing.
