No pool and run down looked like a scrap yard. Over charged us after giving us a lower price on the phone then would not honour it after we already had booked.

I stayed here this past weekend, it was alright, wasn’t able to get extras pillows not many outlets. Didn’t like that the heat kept going on n off. But they guy was friendly. If I could afford it I’d stay there a month..

Room is clean, not expensive, close by of pharmacy, restaurent and not too far from downtown. Clerk/owner is nice, polite and respectful. this is not many years ago but right now on march the 16 2023!!!!!

Absolutely terribleThe TV I couldn't see the picture. Tolwels were dirty.Pillow cases were stained.on real 150 i payed.Look like Bullet Hole in the window.22 of june.

When we go to Kingston for the weekend to visit family, all we need is a clean room, with a comfy bed, for a decent price, and the Seven Oakes delivers that. I like that in true motel style, I can park right at the door for easy in and out access. The grounds are nice and big to take our dog for a walk, and the motel is located close to many stores and food options.

Friendly accommodating staff. The rooms are clean and cozy!!The only negative thing was that my husband was there for work and needed to extend his stay for the weekend so they made us change our room for the exact room 2 doors down. The only difference was that our new room had a window air conditioner instead of built in one.

My partner and I just spent 2 nights here and the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I don't have any complaints and will stay here again.

Overall the cleanliness of the rooms is absolutely terrible! Half the fixtures are falling apart or not there the price is absolutely outrageous for what you get!! The cleaning lady is one of the rudest people you will likely meet she swears at and tells off her bosses unfront of customers they have recently done some renovations which look better however still nothing near worth what the cost is per night! The people who took over are absolutely kind and very helpful and there hot tubs are big which is about the only reasons that I would stay there!

Warning to others..terrible place to stay. Booked a room for $120. Had stayed there in the past, was an ok spot. Under apparently new management.. it was disgusting. Dirty, dusty, freezing cold, stained towels with a dirty bandaid in the toilet. The room was more than dated, it was completely rundown and floors were mushy from rot. The fire alarm battery was low, kept beeping. Would give it a 0 if possible.
