Drive thru was a bit slow. If you want or need napkins, you are required to ask. One would think that they would be provided with all orders, but especially food orders.

Arrived alone 7pm Wednesday Jan 18, 2023. Only person at the counter to place an order, 3 people behind the counter by the drive through window. Ordered 1 drink, XL green tea. Server managed to get it wrong, mint tea received. Then while sitting enjoying time with friends 6-7 of us, at 8:22pm we were told by a different staff member that we would have to be out within 15 minutes because they close at 9pm. When questioned about the fact that it would be 8:37pm in 15 minutes we were told that they have to clean. So we assume 9pm is when staff lock the door and go home, not what time the restaurant closes. Despite the place being newly renovated to the latest brand style, not impressed with the service or ambiance killing staff.

If you don't know french , u need to wait untill everyone in shop to be served. I placed mobile pick up for a coffee and staff kept me waiting for around 20 mins there. After I asked 3 or 4 times , they gave me coffee. Meanwhile around 12 people in line served. Only difference I noticed is , I was the only one talked to them in French.

Showed up at 715 on Thursday jan 23.. front area was closed and drive thru took forever. I fee bad for the employees working cause clearly they just aren’t scheduling enough people to work. Management, come on

Absolutely terrible experience!! There were no cars in drive throgh and only one other customer in lobby. It took them 15-20 minutes to make two coffees and one sandwich. Coffees were luke warm at best. The man was very rude from the second he started taking my order, and was distracted by his phone the entire time we were there. Maybe tell your employees to do their job instead of watching soccer when they’re supposed to be working. Terrible experience. This guy should be fired.

I asked for a grilled cheese with bacon and brown bread and I got a cold “grilled” cheese without bacon on white bread….. THANK YOU for listening to what the person is telling you, worst place I’ve ever been

Without question the worst Tim Hortons experience we’ve had. Though we pulled right up to order, we waited 10-15 minutes for a box of Timbits. When it finally arrived, it was one chocolate Timbit and the rest completely plain. They must have been from yesterday as they were crunchy! Won’t visit again! Would give zero stars if I could.

Renovated location with fresh donuts on the rack.Service however, was slow and awkward, as if they were not working together to serve both counter and drive thru with a modicum of efficiency.Bagged coffee had a dating issue on it and could not be purchased due to lack of availability.Hopefully they will get it together and provide a better experience for all.We will try them again to see if that comes about.Stay tuned..

It is 8:40 and they already close even though it is supposed to be open till 9. I have come different days between 6 and 7 and they already do not have sandwiches, soup or donuts.
