Very nice variety of clothes that suits all cultures, I had a shopping for 3 items and when I went to the cashier I was told that I will be sent an email with the receipt and I received nothing, I went back after a week and the lady was able to pull the receipt up for me, Lots of items are on sale but only the sizes displayed on the floor

I enjoy this location because it’s big and has a lot of selection to chose from the staff are nice but it is hard to find sizes at times because the way the store is laid out. I find it to be a hit or miss depending on when you go but the deals are amazing most of the time and I get all my graphic tees here and love them. I love the fact that they offer trendy clothing that’s more affordable and the quality is pretty good for what it is. I have I’m never used the change room but from the looks of it looks pretty clean and big.

I cannot believe the way these staff treat their customers! I accidentally spilt my coffee and was yelled at automatically for what had happened when I was offering to clean it up. The small brown woman with black hair was so aggressive and condescending over a mistake I was willing to clean up and was apologetic towards. Bad handling of the situation by management.

Good selection of new stuff but poor size selection of sale stuff

I got two promotional cards 15 off over 50 buy. When I came today, the cashier showed me that it was only valid from 1 to 12. They did not say anything when they gave them to me. When I complained, they criticized me. Cashiers must learn how to satisfy customers.

My daughter is so upset! This store chooses when they want their fitting rooms open and when they do not, it's never consistent. It took awhile for my daughter to find something she liked and when she did she was denied the fitting, stating the fitting rooms were closed. This was two hours before store closing. Clothing is never consistent in sizing, this is why we always try before we buy. Also, the item was a sale item so to return the item wasn't an option. This is not the first time this store has done this, the last time the women stated that it was too much work to clean up an hour before closing. Work ethic and customer service has gone down the drain. My daughter left so upset. If the store is open so should the fitting rooms be. A sale was not made due to the fact of closed fitting rooms.

Extremely bad customer services. I went to buy 2 scarfs. I checked prices for a couple of scarfs. The ones I checked were around $9 each. I picked 2 and went to the cashier to pay for that. However the salesperson said that one is around $12. I apologized her and asked her that if I could pick another one because I assumed that all of them are same price, as they were at same display. The saleperson got extremly rude and murmured that how could she not check the price before coming to me. O really loved those scarfs and i wanted to buy them. However, beacause of her extremely disrespectful attitude I end up not buying anything from them.

There was a lady who told me and my sister to not be in the same fitting rooms. My sister is 12 years old and I'm 21 and we live in the same household. I usually take her with me so that I get an idea of what I look like and I would rather not stand in front of everyone near the fitting rooms to see what I wore. She did not care to ask if we live in the same house or not. I believe she was the manager. I did not say anything to her or argue, instead I did co-operate because I understand two people are not allowed in one fitting room, but she was so rude about it. I was stunned by her aggressive tone and behavior. This is not what customer service looks like. I have never been told off by anyone in Urban Planet, Bluenotes, or any other store like that for simply having my sister judge my outfits. For such rude behavior I would give the Sunridge Ardene branch a 0.

The cashier 43153 at the Sunridge location was very unhelpful. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants and she charged me $1.30 more without properly explaining why. I’ve had a previous negative experience with this cashier as well.

I am not happy with the this location, the manager at this store was really rude to me and my mom. When i informed her that she is being harsh and her customer service skills are not right.. she yelled at me and she said i am being mean. I bought shoes that were located at 50% off section but when i went to check out she said it was 20% off i showed her where i found the shoes. She was shocked that they were 50% off, (THERE WAS A BIG TAG IN THAT SECTION) she removed the 50% off tag, she then said cant give me the price as 50% because it was supposed to be 20%.. I got really upset, i told her that this was their mistake and i am concerned. She gave me rude stares she was really rude. She said i was mean... why ? For informing that the shoes were red tag 50% off in that section for all of the shoes, and she caused stress to me and my mom because of her attiude.. how is that mean? I am not satisfied.
