Did I pay $5.79 for fries supreme? they were good, but that price is expensive. It is my craving's fault.Customer Service was superb

I got the good old 7-layer bean burrito which looked smaller than the last time I had it. Shrinkflation, me thinks? Tasted good, though. I'm always skeptical of the quality of Taco Bell since they've all but disappeared from Calgary.

I received the wrong order that I placed (paid tip and delivery fees), and when I called to potentially get a re-delivery, she told me they didn’t have a delivery driver (which is fair), but when on the phone explaining the issue, she told me I can come and drive down there to get the free items with an invoice. But yet she could not refund me for the delivery fee and the tip so I could re-order on DoorDash. After some back and forth, they raised her voice at me when I didn’t feel as though I was disrespectful towards her, just frustrated. We did end up coming to a resolution, but that quickly failed because she “forgot” they closed at 10, and all she said they could do was give me this invoice to come in store and get it, or I could reorder tomorrow, because as she laughed “I don’t want to drive down.” Like, the whole point of ordering online is to not have to drive, so why should I be penalized for them screwing up my order? I understand they tried their best, but I did not appreciate being laughed at or the employee raising her voice at me.

This is one of the better Taco Bell/KFCs out there. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. The reason for only 4 stars is because the food presentation can vary depending on how busy it is - you end up having to remind them for things like your drink cup, sauces, fork etc. Also the food tastes the same put the food looks thrown together when they are busy compared to when they are not busy (mid afternoon).

Woman at registers acts like doing her job is way too much to ask. Nobody knows what's going on. It's like the entire staff is on their first day. They are arguing about how to read the order screen. Extremely slow. 20 minutes after arriving I realize everybody who was here when I arrived is still there waiting for orders. Food was correct but they definitely skimp on toppings, and with their prices it's a rip off

I don't usually like to leave bad reviews and am a fan of Taco Bell, but need to let others know about my experience.I ordered the box meal and all the fries were cold and stale like they had been out all day and not even under the heat lamp, the tacos were 90% lettuce (which definitely wasn't fresh) and you could barely notice any cheese on the tacos if any. I realized partway through I should take some pictures and will attach them.I was extremely disappointed and doubt I will go back to this location.

20mins for drive through with 3 cars ahead.Got home and the taco was barely filled with ingredients. Called in and lady said tacos are filled that way cause of taco monday. I replied it should be filled the same way regardless of the price. She then changed her tune that they fill it the same way as per there standards lol.

Got a quesadilla and it was assembled horrendously. I saw the unmelted shredded cheese and just thought they took it off the grill too early. I took a bite and it was a mouth full of cold shredded cheese and nothing else. See photo for a better idea.

I went to Taco Bell/kfc at 950pm i get its late but this is absolutely disgusting and sloppy & no sour cream ? & you don’t serve chicken but you serve pop corn chicken and “chicken” quesadillas . also didn’t ask for Spicy either . Will be making a phone call to the manager . I know it sucks closing but c mon …. Won’t recommend anyone to this location ever
