I would say the best experience from any dealership ive been to by far. The only sales man to have treated me like an actual human being and not some peice of meat to add to their monthly commission. I would say i was treated with utmost respect and welcomed.

Just received our 4th and 5th trucks that we have purchased from Paul and the great people at Sterling motors. Yes we are in MB and its still worth the extra cost of shipping to know that you are getting vehicles that are in great shape compared to the same year of vehicle you would find anywhere close to MB. No rust, and great warranty coverage. We will be back for more. Appreciate that fact that we can provide Paul with what we need to fit our business work and price wise including shipping and he always delivers. Thanks again.

I did online research before finding the vehicle I wanted at the Sterling Motors lot. I found the price of this vehicle to be comparatively well priced. Paul was a breath of fresh air to deal with. He was accommodating, upfront, and relaxed. I felt no sales pressure and comfortable. He allowed me to put a deposit down and get my finances in order without any panic. I will definitely recommend this family owned business to vehicle shoppers wanting a hassle free all round good experience......And I love my vehicle

Unprofessional Car DealershipI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the car dealership, and I must say that their customer service was absolutely appalling. I inquired about a Hummer they had for sale, hoping to gather more information before making a decision, but I was met with a dismissive and rude email that left me utterly disappointed.First and foremost, the dealership's response was completely unhelpful and lacked any sense of professionalism. They arrogantly suggested that all the information about the vehicle was available online, despite the fact that it wasn't. It's disheartening when a car dealership fails to understand that customers rely on their expertise to provide accurate and reliable details.To make matters worse, I had already done my research and discovered that the green Hummer in question had a troubled history. It had apparently been involved in a 5 foot jump by some YouTubers, resulting in a front-end rebuild. This significant piece of information was conveniently omitted by the dealership, as if hoping to deceive potential buyers. It's extremely disconcerting when a dealership tries to hide such vital facts about a vehicle's condition.But what truly infuriated me was the dealership's assumption that I, as a potential customer, lacked the necessary financial means to afford the vehicle. They dismissively mentioned the need for a large down payment, insinuating that only individuals with a bunch of disposable income" would be worthy of owning such a car. This blatant display of prejudice and ignorance is unacceptable

Best little used car shop in town. Always has great makes and models, bought my work van from them and it’s been great!Paul is so accommodating and doesn’t pressure you at all.

Great down to earth service all around. First time buying through a dealership so I was a little stressed out about it, but Paul was great. I didn't feel pressured or that anything was hidden, just a straight shooter. Got a great little commuter to save on gas, but there was a good variety in the lot. If I need another vehicle, I will 100% check with Sterling Motors first. Perfect dealership if you want a genuine hassle free experience from real people.

Fantastic service here. Saw a travel trailer on his lot, called and booked an appt to view it. Saw the trailer decided we wanted it, so left a deposit and worked out a mutually agreeable day for us to pay and pick up the unit. Paul was so accommodating and helpful to us from viewing to driving it off the lot on his day off! Quick, easy and such a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales tactics! Highly recommend this business!!

We just purchased a new vehicle and and very impressed with Paul and his honesty during the transaction. He gives no pressure sales a new meaning.
