I find this location is hit or miss for deals. The Men's section selection is very limited. It is usually tidy and organized. The staff are helpful and courteous. Convenient location with lots of parking.

I went in to the store to look for denim and T-shirt’s. I walked in and saw a girl tidying clothes, I asked her to help me to find the Jean I was looking for. She did help but then when I went to the fitting room I was on my own. No one around to ask if I needed anything. I had to go out in my sock feet and bring my coat and runners in my hand all the way to the front of the store to get some more sizes.The staff were more concerned about folding the piles of clothes instead of helping the customers. Very frustrating experience as a shopper.

Great location, however their hours need to be updated on Google. Arrived at 5:40 PM on a Sunday after trying to get my children to cooperate. Got in thinking I had an hour to browse and then go grab take out with the kids. I understand Covid is happening. Would be nice though if the hours were reflecting what they actually are online so I would've known to scrap the plans for today and try again at a later date.

Prices are way cheaper than in their normal shops. U won't regret coming here. Wide selections for kids too. There r a lot of branded shops in the area too. All factory priced.

Hit or misss...Very less stock for boys ... Size is also limited.... If it's factory outlet things should be cheaper and jave enough stocks...

Poor customer service. After waiting in line to do a return I get to the front of the line and am told I have to wait until everyone else is out of line before he can do my return because there are only two people working. Not sure what I was lining up for if not to be helped. Pretty disappointed. Ending up returning elsewhere.

I went to do a return today and waited in line for some time as both cashiers handled difficult customers. Due to tech problems, there was an issue returning the funds. Gemma, who was either the manager or supervisor on duty was super helpful and polite, even after having dealt with a frustrating customer. She managed to fix the issue but her ability to effectively communicate and problem solve would have still led me to leave a 5 star review even if I didn’t get the issue resolved in this visit.
