I had my valve stems replaced and the tires removed from my aluminum rims and cleaned up and you guys looked after me from the start to the end with also adding a free patch job on my one tire outstanding customer service and staff were super friendly and very helpful. I will be a future customer for any tire repair and a future customer for tire replacement for my SUV in the springtime.

This shop is a very well run, privately owned local business and a very good choice to purchase your tires from...They're knowledgeable, professional and very helpful - and they offer a good selection, fair pricing and a quick turn around on pre-orders and installations. Aurora Tire and Wheels is going to be my go to place from now on. I dont know much about different tire sizes and fitment, but they showed me what works and worked with me to find a wicked set of wheels for my new Silverado.I showed up to see what they have on a super busy day while they were busy with seasonal tire change overs. Regardless of that they had my truck in and out within the hour.Thank-you to all the guys at Aurora Tire & Wheel.

I book an appointment for a tire swap. I arrive a little earlier than expected, was told to go to the back to get them changed. They started lifting the car up and all of a sudden, they said they don't do tire swaps/changeovers on tires not bought by them. I was never informed or asked of this when I made the appointment with them. A quick google search shows me that several other customers had this issue. So much for supporting a local business.

Stopped in here for some advice recently, Dennis was the guy I dealt with at the desk.Obviously knows his stuff, total professional and was patient and understanding with my issue at hand!Came right out to my car to have a direct look at what was wrong and was able to quickly point me in the right direction and get me on my way!Highly recommend them for your tires, rims on new cars and old ones!!!

I have always had great service from Aurora Tire & Wheel. I arrived today hoping to make an appointment for a seasonal tire swap, and was able to get them changed today. All staff were courteous and professional. My tires weren't purchased from Aurora Tire & Wheel, and I had no issue with having them changed over.

Very bad customer service. Bad attitude and rude Greedy peopleWhoever replied on this review obiously doesnt know what he is saying. The only interaction i made was when i bought the parts.I called the following day admitting that i bought the wrong size ans ask if i can exchange for the right one. A simple no return no exchange policy reply is acceptable but for you to make it a big deal and say that you are not a parts store that i can return or exchange stuff we bought and we dont know what we are doing is unacceptable. Shame on you for lying. Hope your boss pay you more than minimum or if you are the owner i pitty those hardworking people working for you.

Amazing service .. called for a quote . Had a time slot for 4 new tires immediately. Arrived and car was taken right away with minimal wait time . Service was amazing and fast . Staff was so friendly and took the time to acknowledge you as a person. After all finished was presented with the same amount as quoted, which is nice to not have any hidden fees or sales pitch on what I might or might not need to upgrade to. Would totally recommend this business to everyone who is looking for a honest hard working business that takes pride in what they do.
