Such a cute little place! My ice cream was amazing, though a little over priced, but my experience was phenomenal. A girl, I believe Diana, provided me amazing service and gave me the best recommendation! 10000% would recommend the strawberry ;)

We ended up going at 9:40 and worried they would be annoyed…. But they were SO NICE and just so awesome!! Their coconut ice cream is great probably could be a bit heavier but still good taste!! Their cones have great quality.It was Kayla’s first few days and she was so nice and easy to get along with. Keep it up Kayla!

Tried to order via UberEats but the order was cancelled, three separate times. Normally, they provide a reason but none was provided on all three attempts. I contacted the store directly to inquire why the orders were cancelled so that we could adjust our order and try again. The associate informed us they cancelled the orders, and that this is a normal procedure, because they had a customer in the store. The associate informed me that this was per their manager’s instruction and that they were also understaffed. The moment I informed the associate I would file a formal complaint, he was available to take our order. As this is a poor management decision, it warrants a review to warn other consumers. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from this location again.

It was a long wait but the young boy with brown hair and glasses made it all worthwhile, he was very kind, he made my order perfectly and was denifinetly the most professional employee there, I'd love to come back now.

Awesome as always, friendly service, you get to customize your own ice cream treat, many flavours to choose from and then as many mix-in's as you want, then you get to choose your cone or bowl flavour. They also have milkshakes and many other treats to choose from. Personally I prefer their ice-cream cakes over others out there.

Your team needs trainingWe asked for lactose free ice cream, and we were given an offer that had lactose. Thank you for wrecking my wife's evening...I also wanted something. However, it was out of stock.Tonight, they only accepted cash. Yes, that happens at times, but it just seemed like a bunch of errors at once.Please train your team to ensure that dietary requirements are followed

The Ice cream quality wasn’t great especially for the cost. The choices were quite limited and underwhelming. The staff were friendly-ish but didn’t give me the wow factor or my kids. You have the choice but I’d go somewhere else for better quality and service.
