Just not happy with how my home is being handled I will repost again shortly I’d give them a star but what happened during a clean up is ridiculous and how were being treated due to us making a claim about what happened in our home is just ridiculous

I had a complaint with the staff at PuroClean but apparently it was with a different office. The response I received from Mr. Demas was professional and curteous. As I can't remove my rating I will adjust it to a 4.

The kitchen faucet leaked and caused moisture to the lower floor walls. Jason Disiewich from PuroClean was able to inspect the area within 24 hours, provided detailed report and set up drying equipment on site soon after. Having someone who had no experience with moisture and mold issues, Jason explained the situation and answered my questions patiently. Not only did he lower my stress level to the minimum, Jason also advised a remedial action plan that was the most suitable and cost effective for the situation. I appreciated the personal touch and advice which was lacking in some of the bigger companies where the technicians only follow the company's checklist and procedures that cover all similar situations, that might result in us paying for services/work not needed. In my experience, PuroClean strikes the perfect balance being a company that delivers professional results and at the same time retains the personal touch and service. I am very happy with Puroclean Tricities/Langley.

A broken pipe experience is very stressful. having a good restoration company makes all the difference. PuroClean was a recommendation from my insurance company and I was a bit apprehensive about their work. PuroClean’s crew didn’t disappoint me at all. I would recommend them for my friends.

Had issue with mould in the basement of a property. Kevin and Jason were very responsive and prompt with their assessment and repair of the unit. This was not an insurance claim so it was paid out of pocket but I thought the cost was very reasonable.Their work was very quick and I was always able to reach Jason the project manager.
