I ordered Christmas baskets for friends and family in 2020, which were delivered on-time and received great reviews from the recipients. Given the positive experience I had in 2020, I chose The Sweet Basket again in 2021 and the experience this time has been a huge letdown. I made an order in early December for delivery by Christmas. Similarly to what other reviewers have written, my order is still Processing" in January 2022 with no response to calls or emails. The company is not even trying to maintain any decent level of customer service anymore. Don't waste your money with them."

Amazing service and punctual delivery. Went the extra mile to accommodate my needs in the basket delivered to be healthy including all fruits we asked for and type of chocolates ... will definitely continue using their services again

This company was able to honor their delivery promise and ship as requested ..impeccable service..after Bloomex failed a second year in a row for a birthday delivery, I will definitely be bringing my orders to The Sweet Basket...thank you so much for a great experience

Ordered the gift basket on Dec 16, 2021 but it wasn't dispatched until Dec 29, 2022 and till date i.e. Jan 06, 2022.. the order is not delivered. The day I ordered on Sweet Basket, I also order another gift from Monthly Sommelier and they delivered the order a day before Christmas.This is my first buy at sweet basket and had an awful experience, even customer service is pathetic. They would not respond to your emails. Please do not waste your time, money and efforts.....Date: Jan 7, 2022The basket got delivered yesterday and the bottle of wine was broken as a result whole gourmet was spoiled. I have made several calls and emails to customer care, but no response. I am really shocked, such kind of companies still exist who try to make mockery of their customers.....

They always deliver on time nice baskets, yet the last time I ordered, I paid for Godiva chocolates, they’ve contacted me saying they don’t have Godiva and will replace it with Lindt so I was disappointed specially their service has been perfect in the past

Giving the fact that I can not give a lower star then this, I'm advising anyone that reads this to really read the comments that people have left. had I read prior to ordering my baskets, I would of gone anywhere else but here.made an order on December 6 2022 for 2 baskets, paid to have it on a specific date and the order is still processeing and has no shipment date. Also I've called multiple times and left messages to have someone call me back and still nothing.This is the worse customer service that i have seen in a long time.Buyers by ware!!!!!

Immediately after placing my order, I noticed there was an error in the delivery address. I have emailed and phoned them multiple times with no response--however they were quick to process the charge! It seems to be very unethical company and I highly recommend that you do not use them. Very disappointing, to say the least

I would not recommend, especially if you want your baskets shipped on time to your clients. An expected date is given and they don't deliver at the chosen date. Understandably, there are delays during peak season. However, the company does not inform you if the basket would be shipped late, so you don't have the option of cancelling the order. No one responds when you send them an email. Save yourself and take your business elsewhere.

The perfect gift for a Metal" anniversary. A Metal fruit bowl with fruit was well received

Got this basket for last Christmas. It was delicious. Big variety, amazing service, and fast delivery. Going to order this year again. Definitely recommend to all my friends. Keep it up.
