Edit: this has to do with quality of homes, upkeep of roads. Nothing to do with attempting to invalidate someone because they rent in a unjustifiable economy.You spend 1.something million on a home, your roof shouldn’t crack. Your garage should have insulation and a vapor barrier. Walls should be straight. You should have all cabinet doors, counters that aren’t pulling out of walls… right… right?! 240v power should not weld itself together under ground. I cannot give 0 stars, unfortunate. If you’re paying into strata streets should be plowed. House shouldn’t violently shake with the dryer on. Backyards lowest point SHOULD be the drain, as that makes sense… right? Nice LOOKING neighborhood from the street. If you look for more than a second you’ll end up shaking your head. Go read Westbow reviews, not good. Quite Bad in fact.

Super happy to be part of the community. We bought our house this year and have had nothing but great support from the developer. We were new to chilliwack and made grest friends immediately. Looking forward to seeing this community grow. (Can't wait for the dog park)
