Bought a GE stove , arrived defective. The store would not replace or reimburse. I wanted to support local business but there is no difference vs buying online. Don’t buy appliances here would recommend Costco as they stand behind what they sell.I am now waiting for service GE service call.Hope this saves someone else the trouble I am now experiencing.I just reviewed your response.Unbelievable.The stove had not been installed because the handle was defective. In addition you would not reimburse and told me not to come in when the oven didn’t work .You need to stop making excuses for poor customer service.Still not repaired yet another week with no oven .

Never set foot in this establishment again! bought a table with integrated extension when the table arrived the extension was separate, wrong order. They said this table did not have an integrated extension! This was an error form the salesman. The options where reorder a new table and they will reemburse 200.00 for the extension or keep the table and they will compensate us by ordering material that matched the chairs so we could have an otterman made. We opted for the material option. Well four months later no material, they never ordered it and and now they wanted the original table before they will order a the new one. Needless to say after an initial purchase of 8000.00 dollars I was very unsatisfied. But now the reimbursement for the extension was decreased to 120.00. My suggestion is never step foot at Macchabee!

Machabee has the worst costumer service ever. I spent $3000 and bought a Palliser sectional from them. First they tried to charge me more than the indicated price. Then it came to my home with a big water mark on it and a rip on the other side. It has now been two months since the sectional was delivered and they are not doing much to help me. I've never seen such poor customer service. I made the mistake of purchasing my sectional from them but needless to say I will not be a returning customer. If you want to buy a new furniture and expect no major damages on it then do NOT go to Machabee. They are very nice at the time of purchase. But expect no such thing as customer service after you pay.
