Kelly and crew were awesome. Super helpful to let us know where we should go in the area, and great food/drink too. Would highly reccomend the panini and macchiato!

Had the pleasure of eating here on a hockey tournament. These guys are awesome. So accommodating and so friendly. Girls had a blast. Great jobs guys!!

Such a unique gem in Canal Flats. Not only is this an amazing spot for some great coffee and eats the whole building is full of history. Owners Kelly and Kate have something special here and we really enjoyed touring the structure to view some of the historical items on showcase. Thank you!

Friendly staff, cool atmosphere and good coffee but food was sub par. Ordered an omelette and it was just an egg patty rolled over with some ordinary vegetables and some white toast. Got up raged for microwaved turkey bacon :/

Kelly is a genius. This is a truly exceptional experience. Great food, great coffee and a singularly hospitable atmosphere. Don't forget to chevkout the shop at the back that is filled with local crafts.

Visited on a Friday morning around 9 am and got to enjoy a fresh baked scone still warm from the oven. The food is delicious and good value for the quality and portion sizes. Cool decor and a comfortable, welcoming ambiance.

While at this amazing shop last Sunday while visiting for a hockey tournament, I was welcomed into the Jam with an extra guitar, friendly faces and amazing musicians. I am telling you.....a very unexpected treat from 2 of the nicest folks you could meet. And thank you for the tour of your extraordinary hall - WOW. Can't wait to come back and everyone is asking when the hotel will be open!!!

The owner Kelly is a seriously awesome human being. We stayed at the campground and he made sure to invite us over for Sunday morning music! The breakfast sandwich was one of the best I've ever had, the music was great and you just can't be the positive atmosphere in there. They have worked really hard to make Basecamp the #1 spot worth stopping in Canal Flats!

Just one block from the hockey arena, serving Kicking Horse coffee, and fresh made breakfast sandwiches and paninis. Retro decor makes for a cozy rest place.

Incredible owners and amazing food! If you’re anywhere near the area you’ve got to come here for a breakfast panini and some coffee :) There’s some friendly and well trained doggos there to keep you company! And usually a regular playing the banjo or sharing some fun stories :) the decor is perfect for the area and always clean!
