I was simply looking to order the correct part for my boat, a sparkless blower, 3 inch, for fuel compartment, engine area, as my survey stated. I called in advance to see if it was something they could get and the guy, Peter, I think, said they might have to order it, so I showed up today to do exactly that. This guy met me with borderline hostility, he was upset with what I was asking and really didn’t want to help me at all. I first viewed this place a resource, now I see it as nothing but a pain in my rear end. I really hope I don’t have to use this company for anything. I left not really wanting to give this guy any of my business at all.

Called this place this afternoon enquiring about water pumps and hot water heaters .Helped out alot. Soon as I get info on my heater I'm definitely ordering from them. Info the guy gave me was excellent. He could have just said anything. Great customer service.

Never had an issue at this store and prices are usually better than at most locations around the GTA. Came in to buy 2 sheets and 2 shackles, Peter offered to make a combined sheet so I only needed 1 shackle. Saved me money, trusted his experience, no disappointment. And the work was done in 20 min.

Great company, they carry lots of hard to find stuff. There seems to be only 1 or 5 star reviews of this place. The reality is, Peter's personality is an acquired taste". That's something he and I share in common

Awful customer service and the owner is extremely rude. I'd avoid this place at all costs and give the other Marine Shops that are close by the business.

I've been to all marine stores in the area and this store is ..by far...the best place to go! They have a TON of inventory but most importantly, they actually know what they are talking about (They wont give you the description on the product box like most other stores). Most sailboat problems are not straightforward and the sailboat industry is exceedingly diverse but these guys..hands down...have the skills and knowledge to deal with any issue...Peter built his own sailboat and repairs/remakes just about anything on a boat - Peter will tell you exactly what you need to know to get any problem fixed properly - the first time.

I snapped two shrouds, including upper, both on same side. I was pretty stressed, was heading into summer weekend and found that no rigging shops in GTA could help. I called Peter at HMP who sourced the necessary wire and made me a whole new rig over the weekend. The new rig was ready Monday morning and fit perfectly. Outstanding service. Thanks.
