Shawn was amazing, both in repairing/resetting an old hot water tank and sending instructions om how to reset myself as well as eventually replacing the tank. He is super responsive, created time in his schedule to install the tank the next day and I felt comfortable letting him in my home to do the job when I couldn't be there. Fast, tidy, friendly, communicative and definitely recommend him. Thanks Shawn

Shawn installed our new toilet, perfectly sealed. We called him back to problem solve our plumbing after tub removal which required drain extensions to fit new shower pan and installing all plum fixtures that we bought (Riobel). Shawn was on time and quality work with reasonable Okanagan prices

Shawn was so great to work with for our bathroom renovation!We wanted to replace an old toilet but have time to lay a new floor in between removing the old toilet and installing the new one, so he replaced all of our outdated faucet valves and poly b hoses while the floor was being installed.Everything went smoothly and we were amazed at how quickly he got everything done.Shawn was also very responsive, came to scope out our needs in person, and booked our job in quickly.
